Digger’s Returns and Exchanges Policy
Within 30-days of receipt you may return product for a full refund minus the original shipping and handling charge subject to the following criteria.
Retail and Web Orders:
· We must receive the product within 30-days of receipt.
· Products must be in the original packaging, unused and in new condition.
· We recommend that you securely package and insure your return; Digger’s in not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
· All returns must include a copy of the packing list or invoice.
· Please include the reason for the return and if you’d like a refund, exchange or credit towards future purchases.
· Refund credit will be issued in the same form of payment that the purchase was made.
· Returned goods are processed within 24hours of receipt.

If you require assistance with return shipping we are happy to send you a return label and deduct the return shipping cost from the purchase price. Contact customer service to request a return shipping label.

Return Policy Exceptions:
· Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of delivery by calling 831-462-6095 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
· Digger’s products purchased from a dealer need to be returned to place of purchase and are subject to their return policy.
